Ken Koenen, LLM-Taxation Ken Koenen brings many years of practical experience with him to his law practice, as well as in-depth education as an attorney. Having owned his own telecommunications business for 6 years, been an enrolled agent with the IRS and spending 16 years as a licensed real estate broker, he has experienced many of the challenges that face people in their business and personal lives. Ken's common sense approach to legal problems or challenges creates a clientele that is more comfortable and less confused by the legal process. In April, 2004 he received an LLM Degree (Masters in Law) in Taxation, with Honors, from Golden Gate University of Law in San Francisco. In July of 2006, Ken received his certification in mediation. Ken has helped hundreds of people understand their rights on obligations regarding the tax and legal issues involving short sales and foreclosures.
